Privacy policy

DeepTradingHub (“we”) is trading software you control. This page explains what we collect, why, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. Last updated October 29, 2026.

What we collect

  • Your account: your email address and name, and the sign-in records needed to keep you logged in.
  • Your setup: the strategies you use and their settings, watchlists, risk limits, how each strategy reaches your broker (alerts, approve each trade, or auto-execute), and your notification settings.
  • Your agreements: when you accept the trading terms or turn on auto-execute, we keep a record of what you accepted, when, and the IP address and browser it came from.
  • Your trading activity: signals, trade decisions, paper trades, your trade journal, and — if you connect a broker — the positions, balances and orders your broker reports, so the Hub can show and manage them.
  • Telegram: if you connect Telegram, the chat ID we send your alerts to.
  • Report subscriptions: if you subscribe to the reports, your email address, your plan (Free or Pro) and whether you want the emails. Pro payments are handled by Stripe — we keep the subscription's status and renewal date, never your card details.
  • Usage: pages visited (the page path only — never the query string), through Google Analytics, and technical logs that keep the service running.

We never ask for your broker password. With the local relay, your broker login stays on your own computer; the relay sends the Hub the account reports it needs and places the orders you have set up.

How we use it

  • To run the software: scan markets, send you signals and alerts, place the orders you have chosen to place, and track your positions and results.
  • To send notifications you asked for (in the Hub and on Telegram).
  • To write AI summaries and reviews of the market and of your own trades (see Google below).
  • To keep the service secure, fix problems, and keep the records our terms require.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who it is shared with

Only the services that run the Hub, each for its own part:

  • Supabase — our database and sign-in.
  • Vercel — hosts the website and app.
  • Google — Google Analytics (page paths only), and Gemini, which writes AI summaries from market data and, for your own reviews, your trades.
  • Telegram — only if you connect it, to deliver your alerts.
  • Stripe — only if you subscribe to Pro, to take and manage the payment.
  • Resend — sends the report emails and sign-in links to subscribers.
  • Your broker — the orders you have set up, through your relay or your own connection.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the service.

Our public social media posts (for example on X) are market commentary built from market data. They never include your information or your trades.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. Notifications are cleared after about 30 days. When you close your account we delete your data, except the records of what you agreed to and the orders placed in your account, which we keep as long as the law or our terms require.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, each user can reach only their own data in our database, and only our administrators can see account records, for support. No system is perfectly secure; we work to protect your data and will tell you promptly if a breach affects it.

Your choices

  • See or correct your information in the Hub, or ask us for a copy.
  • Disconnect Telegram, stop your relay, or pause any strategy at any time.
  • Turn the report emails off from the link in any email, or cancel Pro from your subscription page.
  • Ask us to delete your account and data.

Write to privacy@deeptradinghub.com for any of these. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights over your data; we honor them.

Children

DeepTradingHub is for adults (18 and over). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date above, and tell you in the Hub before a change that affects how your data is used. See also our trading terms.
