Risk disclosure and disclaimers
This applies to everything published under the DeepTradingHub name: this website, the Hub, our emails, our posts on X and Telegram, and the images we share. Please read it before you use any of it. Last updated October 30, 2026.
In short
- DeepTradingHub is software. Its scans, watchlists, strategies and reports are signals produced by published rules, for education.
- Nothing here is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.
- We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor or financial planner.
- Trading stocks and options can lose you money quickly — including more than you planned, and with options, all of what you paid.
- Results we show are hypothetical or directional scores, not real trading returns. Past results do not predict future results.
- You make every decision and are responsible for every order in your account.
Software and signals, not advice
DeepTradingHub publishes software tools and general market information. A scan, a watchlist, a trigger level, a stop, a “2R” target, a daily call or a strategy signal is the output of rules applied to market data — the same output for everyone who looks at it. It is impersonal: it does not consider your finances, goals, experience, taxes or risk tolerance, and it is not tailored to you.
No one at DeepTradingHub will tell you what to buy or sell for your account, and you should not treat anything we publish as a personal recommendation. If you want advice for your situation, speak with a licensed professional.
Not an adviser or broker
DeepTradingHub is not registered as an investment adviser with the SEC or any state, is not a broker-dealer, and is not registered with the CFTC or NFA. We do not hold your money or securities, we do not have access to your broker password, and we do not trade on your behalf. Orders you choose to send go from your own broker account, through software you run or approve.
You make every decision
You choose which strategies to use, change their settings, and decide how each one reaches your broker: an alert you act on yourself, an order you approve, or orders your own software places automatically within limits you set. Choosing automation is your decision; the order is still yours. Start on paper and stay there until you understand how a strategy behaves — including how it loses.
The risk of trading
- Trading stocks and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
- Prices can gap through a stop — overnight, on earnings or on news — so a loss can be much larger than the planned risk.
- Options can expire worthless; you can lose all of what you paid. Selling options and spreads carries risks that can exceed the premium received.
- Margin and leverage magnify losses as well as gains.
- Breakouts and other setups fail often. A list of candidates is a list of things to study, not a list of things that will go up.
- Day trading carries particular risks and, in the US, pattern-day-trader rules may apply to your account.
Hypothetical results and track records
When we show how a watchlist name did after it was published (“triggered”, “reached 2R”, “stopped out”), that is hypothetical: it is read from daily price bars after the fact, not from real trades. It assumes fills at the trigger and stop, ignores slippage, commissions, fees, taxes and partial fills, and cannot know the order of the high and the low within a day. Backtests and replays have the same limits and are built with the benefit of hindsight.
The daily call is scored right or wrong on the direction of SPY by the close. That score measures a market read, not a trading result; no trade, profit or loss is implied.
Hypothetical or simulated performance results have many inherent limitations. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. There are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading approach. Past performance, real or hypothetical, is not indicative of future results.
Software, data and automation risk
- Software has bugs. Signals can be late, missing, duplicated or wrong; orders can fail to send, send twice, fill at a different price or not be cancelled.
- Market data comes from third parties and can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Earnings dates and economic calendars change.
- Some text, summaries and plans are written with AI and can contain errors. Check anything before you act on it.
- Your internet, computer, relay, broker connection or broker can be down at the moment it matters. Know how to manage your positions directly in your broker.
Positions and conflicts
The people behind DeepTradingHub trade, may run the same strategies the software publishes, and may hold, buy or sell any security we mention — before, during or after we publish it — without notice. We do not accept payment from companies to mention their stock. Watchlists are generated by the rules, not picked to move a price.
